Everyone Welcome
We are a friendly and sociable club open to all levels of player from beginner to master. We have a thriving junior section and run regular events for female players. We have members ranging in age from 9 to 90!
When and Where?
Edinburgh Chess Club is conveniently located at 1 Alva Street in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh. Our regular club night is Tuesday from 7.30pm to 10.30pm when our members gather for casual games and special events.

If it is your first time at the club, please send us an email to let us know you are coming and one of our council members will be delighted to meet you, give you a tour of the club, introduce you to some of our players, and play a few games of chess!
